Rally Privacy Policy
Effective September 5, 2026
Rally ("Rally: Hard Conversations") is made by Galeworks, LLC. It helps managers practice difficult workplace conversations with an AI conversation partner. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.
What Rally processes
- Your practice conversations. What you say or type during a practice session is sent, over an encrypted connection, to our relay server and on to Anthropic (which generates the other person's replies and your review) and, in voice mode, to ElevenLabs (which generates spoken audio). These providers process the text to provide the service.
- Voice. Speech-to-text happens on your device using Apple's speech recognition. Rally never records or uploads audio of your voice to our servers.
- Your reviews and history. Scores and reviews are stored only on your device. Rally has no accounts and no server-side database of your conversations. Deleting the app deletes your history; you can also clear it in Settings.
- Purchases. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Apple and RevenueCat. Rally receives only an anonymous purchase status, never your payment details.
What Rally does not do
- No ads, no trackers, no analytics SDKs, no sale of data.
- No account, email, or name is collected.
- Practice conversations are not stored on Rally's servers.
Data retention by providers
Conversation text is processed by Anthropic and ElevenLabs under their API terms to deliver responses. Rally does not use your conversations to train models.
